DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Standard shipping delivers within 5-7 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping delivers within 2-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier. Delivery estimates begin after processing and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, weather, or an incorrect shipping address.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order anytime using the link provided.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Returns must be initiated through our return portal.
FINAL-SALE ITEMS
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes any items labeled “Final Sale” on the product page.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your return to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
ORDER CHANGES
Orders can be changed or canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, they may already be processing for shipment.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
