If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@fetchedapparel.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order enters processing, production, fulfillment, or shipping, it may no longer be changed or canceled.

After placing your order, you should receive an order-confirmation email at the address entered during checkout. The confirmation will include your order number and a summary of your purchase.

Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive and check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@fetchedapparel.com with the name and email address used during checkout.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Additional options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay may appear depending on your device, location and order eligibility.

All available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Available options may vary depending on your location, device, and order currency.

Payments may be declined because of incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, an expired card, a bank security restriction, or another issue identified by the payment provider.

Confirm that your card number, expiration date, security code, billing address, and postal code are correct. If the payment is still declined, contact your bank or try another payment method.

For your security, Fetched cannot override a payment decision made by your bank or payment provider.

Only one discount code may be applied to an order unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.

Discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied to excluded products. Additional promotion terms may apply.

Discount codes must be entered during checkout before the order is submitted. We are unable to apply a discount code or adjust the price after an order has been placed.

If your code is not working, review its expiration date, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirement, and spelling before completing checkout.

Most orders are processed within 5–9 business days before shipment. Processing time may vary by product and fulfillment location. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

During this time, your items are prepared, quality checked and packaged for delivery.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on the item, order volume, product availability, and seasonal demand. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include both processing and transit estimates and may vary based on your location.

Processing may take longer during sales, launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods. Any product-specific processing information will be noted on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 HOURS for tracking activity to appear after the carrier receives the package.

You may also view available order information by signing into your Fetched account. If you have not received tracking information after the stated processing period, contact us at support@fetchedapparel.com.

Yes. Fetched ships to eligible destinations worldwide.

Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout after you enter your shipping address. Some products or destinations may be unavailable because of carrier, customs, or legal restrictions.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees. These charges may be collected during checkout or upon delivery, depending on the destination and shipping method.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside Fetched’s control. Contact your local customs authority for an estimate before ordering.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs processing, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Check your tracking link for the latest update. If the package has not moved for 2 business days or has passed its estimated delivery date by 2 business days, contact the shipping carrier first and then email us at support@fetchedapparel.com.

Include your order number and tracking number so we can assist you.

Contact us immediately at support@fetchedapparel.com with your order number and the correct address.

We will attempt to update the address if the order has not entered processing or shipping, but changes are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it. Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and allow 24–48 hours because some carriers scan packages before final delivery.

If the package is still missing, contact the shipping carrier to open a claim. Then email support@fetchedapparel.com with your order number, tracking number, and claim information.

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. If you believe your order has been lost in transit or stolen after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Packages Lost in Transit
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@fetchedapparel.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, when appropriate, work with the shipping carrier or fulfillment provider to investigate the shipment.

If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the order.

Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first:

• Checking around your property, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, or other secure delivery areas.
• Asking household members, neighbors, or building management if they accepted the package.
• Allowing up to 24–48 hours, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered shortly before they actually arrive.
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery information.

Once a package has been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Fetched is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Fetched is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@fetchedapparel.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

We will always do our best to help you locate your order and provide any information available to assist with a carrier claim or investigation.

Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours. We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Eligible returns are initiated by emailing support@fetchedapparel.com.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from odors, makeup, deodorant, and other signs of wear, with the original tags and packaging attached.

FINAL-SALE ITEMS, GIFT CARDS, UNDERGARMENTS OR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please review our complete Shipping & Returns Policy before submitting a return.

Email support@fetchedapparel.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

CUSTOMERS MUST PURCHASE THEIR OWN RETURN POSTAGE.

NO DIRECT EXCHANGES:

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Return the eligible item according to our return instructions and place a new order for your preferred size.

This helps you secure the replacement before it sells out.

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Other discounted items may remain eligible for return unless the product page or promotion states otherwise.

Review the product description and return conditions before completing your purchase.

Once your return is received, please allow 1–2 business days for inspection. Approved refunds will then be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–9 business days to post the refund.

Original shipping charges, return-shipping costs, duties, and customs fees are NONREFUNDABLE.

Contact us at support@fetchedapparel.com within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the item and its packaging until you receive further instructions.

After reviewing the information, we will provide the appropriate resolution.

Review the size guide and product-specific measurements available on our website before ordering.

Measure yourself using a soft measuring tape and compare your bust, waist, hips, or inseam with the chart for the product you are considering.

Because sizing may vary by product and collection, do not rely only on the size you typically wear from another brand.

If you are between sizes, choose based on your preferred fit and the product’s fit notes.

For a more fitted or compressive feel, you may prefer the smaller size. For additional room or a more relaxed fit, you may prefer the larger size.

If you need assistance, email your measurements and the product name to support@fetchedapparel.com.

Not necessarily. Fit may vary depending on the product’s fabric, stretch, construction, silhouette, and intended level of compression.

Review the size chart, product description, and fit notes listed on each product page before selecting a size.

Product measurements may be listed in the product description, size guide, or size-chart section on the product page.

If measurements are unavailable for a particular item, contact support@fetchedapparel.com with the product name and the measurement you need.

Always follow the care instructions printed on the garment label or listed on the product page.

Unless the care label states otherwise, we generally recommend washing activewear and loungewear in cold water with similar colors, using a gentle cycle and mild detergent.

Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Air-dry or tumble-dry on low only when permitted by the care label. Wash delicate, embellished, or specialty fabrics according to their product-specific instructions.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors accurately. However, colors may appear different because of screen settings, lighting, photography, device type, and production variations.

Small differences between the website image and the physical product are possible.
