SHIPPING
PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 5–9 business days. Processing time may vary by product and fulfillment location. You’ll receive an email once your order has shipped. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Standard shipping delivers within 5-7 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping delivers within 2-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier. Delivery estimates begin after processing and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, weather, or an incorrect shipping address.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order anytime using the link provided.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours. We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Eligible returns are initiated by emailing support@fetchedapparel.com. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
FINAL-SALE ITEMS
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes any items labeled “Final Sale” on the product page.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, please allow 1–2 business days for inspection. Approved refunds will then be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–9 business days to post the refund.
ORDER CHANGES
Orders can be changed or canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, they may already be processing for shipment.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us at support@fetchedapparel.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Email support@fetchedapparel.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Do not return an item until you receive return instructions.
