AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Fetched (“Fetched,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase products from us.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your country or region to make a purchase through our website.

If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use the website or place an order only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at fetcheddesigns@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted. Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, production, or shipping, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Submitting a cancellation request does not mean the cancellation has been approved. We will confirm whether we were able to cancel or modify the order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Order-processing times, available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy or displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, address errors, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

We offer international shipping to eligible destinations shown during checkout. Certain products or locations may be excluded because of carrier, legal, customs, or service limitations.

Unless these charges are expressly collected during checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Fetched.

Customers are responsible for complying with the import laws and regulations of the destination country. Refusing a package or failing to pay required customs charges does not automatically qualify the order for a full refund.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
